Note:

  1. *Early Bird Payment – should be received by 15 December 2009

A Standard Stand includes:

  1. White back and side walls
  2. 30 cm high fascia board set with the company’s name in 10 cm high lettering
  3. 9 wall shelves (a wall shelf=1x0.25m)
  4. 3 fluorescent lights (40w)
  5. 1 power socket (5 amp)
  6. 1 reception table (60x120x75 cm.)
  7. 2 upright chairs (50x50x50/80 cm.)
  8. 1 wastepaper basket

Important schedule for registration

  1. Application form should be submitted by 31 December 2009
  2. Total booth rental fee should be paid by 31 January 2010
  3. Your booth assignment will be confirmed by early March 2010
